Your body is the character.
The workout app where every set earns XP and each of your 18 muscle groups climbs its own rank. Bronze to Diamond, and beyond.

Will you enter?
Every set earns XP. Every muscle earns a rank.
There is no lighter version.
The same 18 muscle groups, the same 18 ranks, the same twelve classes, the same top rank. Only your figure changes.
Every set counts. Every number can fall.
A set of rows moves five numbers
Your player level, and the rank of every muscle that did the work. Lats, biceps, rear delts and middle back, each weighted by its share of the lift. Beat your record on that set and all of it counts double.
You see what a workout built, not just that you did one.
Diamond III is not the end
Behind Diamond wait three more ranks. What they are called, you find out in the app. Together they cost more than Bronze, Silver and Gold combined. Most muscles never get there.
A goal that still pulls in year three.
A class you can lose
The six classes above your starting one are never simply given. They are offered while your numbers hold and pulled when they slip. The question is asked again every week.
Your title always says how you train now.
The app notices you came back
Eleven quests in four rhythms. One of them exists only for the workout after a week away, and the monthly boss changes its name with the calendar. September Sentinel. October Overlord.
A missed week is a restart, not a failure.
It will tell you not to train
Chest needs 50 hours. Back 60. Legs 72. The Recovery Tracker counts them per muscle group and names the one that sits out today, whether that was your plan or not.
Every session goes to a muscle that is ready for it.
Some trophies do not exist yet
68 trophies in seven rarities, from Common to Metaphysical. The top tiers stay hidden, name and condition included, until the day you earn one.
There is always something left to find.
Your lats are Gold.
Your biceps is Silver.
Eighteen ranks per muscle, none of them averaged with the others. Skip one for thirty days and it starts handing the ranks back.

The muscle you avoid
has a rank too.
Rear delts at Bronze next to a Gold chest is not a bad day. It is a year of choices, written down. You stop training what you like and start training what is behind.
